This summer’s must-see blockbuster is Jurassic World: Rebirth, the latest film in the iconic Jurassic World series. To coincide with its June release in Singapore, Gardens by the Bay is hosting Jurassic World – The Experience, a special event inspired by the movie.

Dinosaur Adventure at Cloud Forest
Gardens by the Bay, Singapore’s iconic futuristic botanical garden, is located just behind Marina Bay Sands. It is easily accessible from Bayfront MRT station via an underground walkway.

Journey Through Jurassic World
Up Close with Giant Dinosaurs
Stepping into the Cloud Forest immediately transports visitors to the world of Jurassic World films.
A towering 8.5m Brachiosaurus stands beside the Cloud Forest’s iconic waterfall, its long neck stretched high as it gazes down from above.
Explore the surroundings of the Cloud Forest along the Evolution Walk.
Suddenly, a blaring alarm sounds as a T-Rex appears!
True to its reputation as the king of dinosaurs, it lets out a thunderous roar, baring its sharp teeth in a thrilling display.
Peeking out from a discarded shipping container is a Stygimoloch – a dome-headed dinosaur featured in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, the fifth film in the series.
The Brachiosaurus appears once again, its long neck emerging from the foliage, giving this gentle herbivore a subtly endearing presence.
Beyond the dinosaurs, this attraction vividly brings the film’s world to life at every turn.
Visitors can even spot abandoned Jurassic Park jeeps, adding to the immersive atmosphere.
Scenic Stroll on the Cloud Walk
After exploring the ground level, take the lift up to the top of the Cloud Forest.
From here, follow the elevated Cloud Walk as it winds down through the Cloud Forest.
Though the spotlight may have been on the dinosaurs until now, the Cloud Forest reveals a treasure trove of alpine plants.
Among a vibrant array of colourful flowers, one curious find stands out – the pitcher plant. This carnivorous plant traps unsuspecting prey within its fluid-filled chambers — a fascinating natural marvel best admired from a safe distance.
Along the way, be sure to check out the iconic Jurassic Park gates — a fantastic photo opportunity.
An elevated walkway offers a different perspective from the ground level.
Catch a glimpse of the Brachiosaurus from beside the waterfall, and spot the Pteranodons soaring overhead.
Even the fearsome T-Rex can be safely observed from above, offering a thrilling yet secure vantage point.
The Cloud Walk ends at a platform where a Pteranodon can be seen resting its wings.
From here, take the lift down to explore the Jurassic Park back office.
Engaging Exhibits and Live Shows
One highlight is the Meet & Greet on the mid-level floor of the Cloud Forest, where visitors can snap a photo with an adorable baby dinosaur.
Inside the incubators, visitors can see dinosaur eggs and baby dinosaurs peacefully resting. Interactive touchscreens allow a closer look at the babies of six different dinosaur species.
Dilophosaurs are on the loose in the underground warehouse, instantly recognisable by the distinctive frills they flare to intimidate.
Further along, visitors reach the paddock where the Velociraptors, small carnivorous dinosaurs, are kept.
Of the four, only Blue is nowhere to be seen… yet!
That’s when the mini-show begins — a park ranger opens the gate, and Blue makes a dramatic entrance. Don’t miss it!

For dining at Gardens by the Bay, head to Jurassic Nest, located at the edge of the Supertree Grove.
