Michelin-Starred Restaurants
At the pinnacle of Singapore’s dining scene, Michelin-starred restaurants offer an impressive array of cuisines—including Western, Chinese, Japanese, and local fare.
From among 51 acclaimed establishments, four have been carefully chosen to showcase the flavours that define Singapore’s unique culinary identity.
① Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle
When the MICHELIN Guide Singapore was first published in 2016, two hawker stalls made headlines by earning one Michelin star each:
- Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle
- Hawker Chan
Although Hawker Chan lost its star in 2021, Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle has retained its one Michelin star in the 2025 edition—for the ninth year in a row.
The signature dish at this stall is Bak Chor Mee – springy noodles topped with minced pork.
It’s not a restaurant, but a humble hawker stall that embodies Singapore’s rich food culture—perfect for experiencing authentic Michelin-rated hawker fare.

Bib Gourmand Highlights
The Bib Gourmand distinction is awarded to establishments that do not hold Michelin stars but offer exceptional quality dishes at reasonable prices.

What’s considered “reasonable” varies by country and region, but in Singapore, it refers to meals priced at S$45 or less.
Among the 89 Bib Gourmand selections in 2025, here are some must-try iconic Singaporean dishes.
