How to Get to Jewel

Before diving into the lounge itself, here’s a quick rundown of how to get to Jewel from each terminal.

  • Terminal 1: Direct access to Jewel from the Arrivals Hall.
  • Terminals 2 & 3: Connected to Jewel via sheltered walkways, around 6–8 minutes on foot.
  • Terminal 4: A free shuttle bus operates from the Arrivals Hall (Level 1) to Jewel.

For those arriving from the city by MRT, Changi Airport MRT station connects directly to Terminals 2 and 3. From there, follow the sheltered walkways to Jewel.

 

Finding Changi Lounge

Located within Jewel — the lifestyle complex open to everyone — Changi Lounge is currently the only lounge situated in the public area (landside) at Singapore Changi Airport.

 Once inside Jewel, make your way to Lobby E on Level 1.

Eligibility & Pricing

Changi Lounge is open to all travellers on a pay-per-use basis.

The basic package includes 3-hour lounge access for $28 per adult, while a premium package with one meal, one alcoholic drink, and shower access is available for $50 per adult.
