Sentosa Island sits just off the southern coast of mainland Singapore, roughly 500 metres offshore. There are several ways to get to the island, including taxi, cable car, bus, or even on foot.

The Sentosa Express not only connects mainland Singapore with Sentosa Island, but also makes getting around the island easy. Sensoryscape: North-South Walkway
Unveiled in 2024, Sensoryscape is a roughly 350m pedestrian walkway that links the north and south of Sentosa Island.
This new pathway connects Resorts World Sentosa to the beaches, making for an easy 7 to 8-minute walk.
Every evening from 7:50 pm to 9:40 pm, the Sensoryscape comes alive with “ImagiNite,” an interactive light show that features Augmented Reality (AR) technology and digital projections.
It’s a unique and enchanting art experience that combines cutting-edge technology with nature — and it’s completely free.

Resorts World Station
The first station on the Sentosa Express, Resorts World Station, serves as the gateway to Resorts World Sentosa, an integrated resort (IR) development.

The second station on the Sentosa Express, Imbiah Station, puts you within easy reach of Imbiah Lookout, the very heart of Sentosa Island, just a 10-minute walk uphill. More than just a way to get around, the Singapore Cable Car is a popular attraction in its own right, offering breathtaking aerial views.
There are two cable car routes: they intersect near Imbiah Lookout at the heart of Sentosa Island.
- Mount Faber Line: Connects the main island to Sentosa.
- Sentosa Line: Connects Siloso Beach to the Sensoryscape within Sentosa.
When heading back to the mainland, board the cable car from Sentosa Station, just a 5-minute walk from Imbiah Lookout Station.

Beach Station, the final station on the Sentosa Express, drops you right at the southern tip of the island. Boasting stunning sea views and swaying palm trees, this area perfectly captures the tropical vibe.

Stretching along about 2km of coastline, three distinct beaches and several points of interest await you. To get around, take the free Beach Shuttle, which loops along the coast.

The Shuttle runs every 15 to 25 minutes during the following operating hours:
- Sunday to Friday: 9:00 am to 10:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am to 11:30 pm
