A Destination Within Changi Airport
Opened in 2019, Jewel is a striking addition to Singapore’s Changi Airport.
Seamlessly connecting three terminals, this impressive complex brings together around 300 shops and restaurants under one roof. Already hailed as a world-class airport, Changi has further cemented its status as a destination in itself — thanks to Jewel.

Jewel is situated in the public (landside) area of Changi Airport.
International arrivals can visit after clearing immigration and entering Singapore, but transit passengers cannot access it.
How to Get to Jewel
Jewel is connected to the airport terminals, making it easy to get there.
Here’s how to access it from each terminal:
Terminal 1 |
Direct access to Jewel from the Arrival Hall (1st floor) of Terminal 1. |
---|---|
Terminal 2 Terminal 3 |
A 5 to 10-minute walk via the Link Bridge from the departure halls (2nd floor) of Terminals 2 and 3. |
Terminal 4 |
From Terminal 4’s arrival lounge, a free shuttle bus to Jewel and Terminal 1 is available. Between 6:00am and midnight, the shuttle runs directly to Jewel, while from 1:00am to 6:00am, it operates as a loop bus serving the terminals. |
If you’re heading to Jewel by train from the city centre, simply take the MRT East-West Line to Changi Airport Station, the final stop. From there, follow the signs for the Link Bridge from either Terminal 2 or 3 to reach Jewel.

The Link Bridges are equipped with travelators, making the walk easy and comfortable.
Both bridges connect directly to Level 3 of Jewel.
